What is Pilates?

Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that has an emphasis on using & activating our core muscles (deeper abdominals) which promotes: stability, strength, postural alignment & flexibility.

Our mum & baby Pilates are tailored to the postnatal period & Pilates can be great to help you reconnect to the core, pelvic floor and your body in general. It is suitable if you have diastasis recti (abdominal separation) and may aid your recovery and further benefits can be:
