Pilates on Zoom

This class is live on Zoom. However, you will also get the recording after class for 7 days and you do not need to attend the live class to receive this.

Join Daire (pronounced Dara) for an hour Pilates Class focusing on core strength and body awareness. It is an ideal class to help realign your body, improve posture, strengthen your core muscles and it is suitable for a variety of lifestyles.

Pilates is a lower impact form of movement which emphasises the activation & strengthening of the core muscles. Pilates can help us improve movement, ease general aches & pains & strengthen our core & stabilising muscles. The style of this class is to encompass both the body & mind with a focus on the Principles of breathing, the centre, control & concentration enhancing your mind, body awareness. I teach a slower but a controlled pace to my classes with also a focus on mobility & movement.Suitable for a variety of lifestyles.

Beginners are most welcome to class, however if possible it would be great if you could do an in person class with me first or at the very least drop me and email and we can discuss suitability.
