  We recognise the importance of protecting your privacy and our policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions.

  Consent means that the individual (You) have given clear consent for Happy Body Studio to process your personal data for a specific purpose.

  Data collected in relation to booking is stored and processed by Offering Tree on a secure website linked to ours and they have their own Privacy Policy, which can be accessed via our booking link.

  Happy Body Studio will only use your data for the purpose for which it was collected. 

  Booking a class with Happy Body will require providing your email address for a variety of reasons such as: 

  • Class confirmations & reminders. 

  • To contact you if there is a last minute change to a class time or location or if the class is canceled. 

  • Providing customer service.

  • If you have consented to join any mailing list, you may opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included with each email.

  • We do not share, sell, lend or lease any of the information that uniquely identifies a client (such as email addresses or personal details) with anyone except to the extent it is necessary to process transactions or provide services that you have requested.

  By using our services you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

  We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time.

  Happy Body Studio will store your information in our secure system for 6 years. Each year you will be required to complete a new Health History Form and re-agree to our terms and conditions. 

  Under GDPR regulations, should you believe that any personal data we hold on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the ability to make reasonable requests to see this information, rectify it or have it deleted. Please contact me.

  You do not have to share your details with us or agree to our terms and conditions but if you do not, we cannot allow for you to participate in classes at Happy Body Studio.
