Indoor Cycling 1 - 30 mins

This class is suitable for those with some experience or who are used to raising their heart rate through exercise regularly. If this is your first class, I'd recommend starting with the Begin to Spin Series.

A 30 min class that entails three sections. 30 second seated & standing hills. Section two looks at increasing time & power over flat terrain & we finish with a short staircase where intensity builds every 30 seconds. Remember, you are in control, so please go at a pace & level that feels good for you.
