Target: Core, Hips, Back

This class is suitable for those with a bit of experience and established core stability to support both legs in table top (though you could modify to one foot on floor). You will spend the first half of class warming up then into semi-supine to challenge the deeper core muscles and improve stability. The class finishes in prone & four point alignment with an emphasis on the back muscles.
