Targets: Core, Back, Shoulders
This class starts with some mobility movement in four point. We then move to semi supine and practice movements using the lower and upper body with a focus on torso stability and deeper abdominal activation. We then move to prone and practice shoulder blade placement in prone exercise to maximise the effectiveness of the movements.
