Mum & Baby Postnatal Pilates
This is an event series

Postnatal Pilates is the perfect post pregnancy exercise as it helps regain strength, posture, & pelvic floor awareness and to reconnect with your body after giving birth. You can bring your baby along if you like (but not obligated to) so no need to worry about childcare. A very relaxed atmosphere so you can tend to your baby as needed.

You can attend 6-10 weeks post delivery and only if you have been cleared to return to exercise by your GP. If you had a cesarean section, you may have to wait up to 12 weeks post birth before you can return to exercise. In any case, please chat with your health care provider and ask them to approve you for exercise prior to attending a class.
